At NavgrahMandir.org, we offer devotees a transparent, secure, and respectful payment experience. This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for all online puja, homam, anushthan, and astrology services performed at Ancient Shree Navgrah Mandir, Khargone.

1. Payment Responsibility

Your puja booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
We do not reserve dates or perform rituals on partial payments unless explicitly agreed.

All rituals are performed by:

  • Acharya Lokesh Jagirdar,
  • His authorized Vedic team,
  • Or both together, depending on the ritual’s nature.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:
✔ UPI
✔ Credit / Debit Cards
✔ PayPal
✔ Net Banking
✔ Wallets (where applicable)
✔ International Cards / Payments (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD etc.)
✔ You can ask for Bank Details for Western Union, Xoom, Remittly or direct Bank Transfer

International devotees may incur additional bank conversion charges.

3. Currency & Conversion

All prices on the website are shown in INR (Indian Rupees).
When paying internationally:

  • Your bank converts the amount to your local currency
  • Additional conversion fees may apply (charged by your provider)

NavgrahMandir.org does not control exchange rates or bank fees.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful:

  • You will receive a confirmation email / WhatsApp / Call
  • You will be asked to provide Sankalp details (Name, Gotra, Purpose of Puja)
  • Your puja date & time slot will be scheduled accordingly

Bookings without essential details may be delayed.

5. Additional Charges (If Applicable)

Depending on the services you choose, the following may carry extra charges:

🔸 Prasad Delivery (Optional)

Charges differ based on:

  • Domestic / International address
  • Courier service
  • Packaging requirements

Some Prasad items cannot be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions.

🔸 Astrology Consultation (Optional)

Consultation with Acharya Lokesh Jagirdar (26+ years experience) is an add-on service and is billed separately.

🔸 Special Ritual Requirements

If a devotee requests extra materials, offerings, or extended rituals, the cost may vary.

6. Payment Security

Your payment is processed through secure and trusted gateways using:

  • SSL encryption
  • PCI-DSS compliant systems

We do not store or access your card details.

7. Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment fails:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • Retry the transaction after some time
  • If payment is deducted but not reflected, contact us with proof of payment

We will verify and update your booking manually.

8. No Cash Payments for Online Bookings

For transparency and record maintenance:

  • All online puja bookings must be paid online only
  • Cash donations may be offered in person at the temple but cannot be used for online ritual bookings

9. GST / Government Taxes

Applicable taxes, if any, will be added at checkout as per government rules.

10. Fraud Prevention

If fraudulent, suspicious, or chargeback-related activity is detected,
NavgrahMandir.org reserves the right to:

  • Cancel bookings
  • Block the user
  • Notify the payment gateway and relevant authorities

11. Agreement

By completing a payment on NavgrahMandir.org, you agree that:

  • You have read and understood this Payment Policy
  • Rituals will be performed individually unless clearly specified as a group puja
  • Live telecast is complimentary and subject to availability
  • No material outcome is promised, as rituals invoke divine blessings
