Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes work for online puja and yagya services booked through NavgrahMandir.org.

Every ritual is sacred, and once preparations begin, divine procedures cannot be reversed or undone.
Therefore, this policy maintains fairness, transparency, and respect for Vedic tradition.


1. General Rules

✔ All pujas/yagyas are performed individually, unless clearly mentioned as group rituals.
✔ Every booking is confirmed only after full payment.
✔ Rituals are performed by Acharya Lokesh Jagirdar, his trained Vedic team, or both.
✔ Any changes are subject to the availability of dates and resources.


2. Cancellation Policy

A) Before Puja Preparation Begins

If you request cancellation before the temple team starts preparations:

  • Partial Refund (50%) may be issued
  • 50% is retained for administrative, scheduling, and resource allocation costs

B) After Puja Preparation Begins

Once samagri is arranged, sankalp details are recorded, or a priest is assigned:
No refund is possible

This is because:

  • Ritual materials are purchased
  • Preparations are irreversible
  • Temple resources and time have been dedicated

C) On the Day of Puja

No cancellations are allowed once the puja date arrives.


3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that devotees may face unavoidable situations.
Rescheduling is allowed only if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled ritual.

Rescheduling is possible when:

✔ There is availability on the new date
✔ The requested change does not clash with other major rituals
✔ Preparation has not yet begun

Rescheduling Not Possible When:

❌ Ritual preparation has already started
❌ Puja date is within 24–48 hours
❌ Priest or team has already been assigned

If rescheduling is not possible, the original booking stands validated.


4. Refund Policy (Detailed)

We provide refunds only under specific conditions:

Eligible Refund Situations

✔ Payment deducted but booking not confirmed
✔ Double payment or technical error
✔ Puja cannot be performed due to temple-side emergency (rare)

Refunds (if applicable) are issued after verification and may take 7–14 business days, depending on bank/gateway processing.

Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Puja preparation already started
❌ Incorrect information provided by the devotee
❌ Devotee missed the scheduled time or did not respond
❌ Live streaming issues (technical, weather, or internet)
❌ Delays in prasad delivery due to courier/customs
❌ Change in devotee’s personal circumstances
❌ Astrology consultations after the session is delivered


5. Live Streaming Disclaimer

Live telecast is a complimentary service, not a paid guarantee.

Live streaming may be interrupted due to:

  • Technical failures
  • Internet issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Device malfunction
  • Power outages

If live streaming fails, the puja is still considered fully completed and valid, as the ritual continues offline in the sanctum.

No refund is provided for streaming-related issues.


6. Prasad Delivery (If Applicable)

Prasad is sent depending on the type of puja.

Refunds Not Applicable For:

❌ Delayed courier delivery
❌ Customs restrictions in foreign countries
❌ Damaged or lost items during transit
❌ Countries where delivery is not legally permitted

No refund is issued once prasad has been dispatched.


7. Group Ritual Policy (Transparency Clause)

All rituals are individual unless mentioned otherwise.

If any puja/yagya is conducted as a group ritual:

  • It will be clearly mentioned in the title or description
  • Or our team can confirm verbally

If not mentioned, the ritual is individual, and the standard refund policy applies.


8. Deviations & Force Majeure

No refunds are provided for delays or cancellations arising due to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Temple emergencies
  • Health emergencies
  • Unexpected priest unavailability
  • Rituals extended due to Vedic necessity

In such cases, the temple may reschedule the ritual at a suitable time.


9. How to Request Refund or Rescheduling

Send a written request with:

✔ Email Address
✔ Puja Booking ID/Order ID
✔ Reason for request

Requests without proper details may be rejected.


10. Final Decision Authority

All cancellation, refund, and rescheduling decisions are made by:
Acharya Lokesh Jagirdar and the Management Team.

Their decision is final, keeping fairness and temple protocols in mind.


11. Legal Entity Disclosure

“NavgrahMandir.org is owned and operated by “Radha Rani Enterprises”, a registered partnership firm.
Partners: Priya Jagirdar and Rachana Dwivedi.
All online puja, yagya, astrology, and related spiritual services listed on this website are administered and managed under this firm.”
