  • Digital Deliverables (photos, video clips, reports) – if available

If a live stream or call is disrupted due to network or technical issues, the puja remains valid and is completed as per Vedic standards.

3. Sankalp (Intention) Process

Before the puja begins, the devotee’s:

  • Name
  • Gotra
  • Family member names
  • Purpose / Sankalp
are recited by the Pandit ji.

If the devotee does not provide details, the ritual is still performed using a general sankalp.

4. Puja Timings & Scheduling

  • Puja is scheduled based on temple availability, muhurta, and pandit schedules.
  • Devotees will receive the confirmed date/time via Call, WhatsApp or email.
  • During peak festival seasons, delays of 1–3 days may occur.

5. No Physical Presence Required

All rituals are performed on behalf of the devotee.
Physical presence is not mandatory, and the blessings & merit (punya) are received equally as per Vedic scriptures.

6. Puja Outcome Disclaimer

Results of puja, homam, or any spiritual ritual depend on:

  • Devotee’s karma
  • Faith & intention
  • Astrological factors
  • Divine will

NavgrahMandir.org does not guarantee specific outcomes (health, wealth, marriage, job, legal results, etc.).
We guarantee authentic and complete performance of the ritual only.

7. Documentation & Proof of Completion

After the puja, devotees receive digital deliverables (as applicable):
✔ Puja Photos
✔ Video Clips
✔ Sankalp Video (for select pujas)

These serve as proof that the ritual was performed correctly.

8. Refund & Cancellation

Because puja involves preparation and allocation of pandit time, materials, and temple resources:

Refunds are not provided once:

  • Puja materials are prepared
  • Pandits are assigned
  • The ritual has started or completed

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja.

After this period, cancellation may not be possible.

If a puja cannot be performed due to temple or pandit unavailability, the devotee will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling of the puja

9. Accuracy of Devotee Information

Devotees are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Gotra
  • Name & family details
  • Date of birth
  • Specific intention
  • Contact details

Incorrect information may reflect in the puja sankalp, but the puja will still be considered valid.

10. Group Puja Terms (If Applicable)

If the service description states “Group Puja” or “Sankalp in Group,” then:

  • Multiple devotees participate collectively
  • Sankalp may taken individually
  • Photos/videos may not be personalized
  • Prasad shipment may not be included

11. Live Telecast Limitations

Live streaming depends on:

  • Internet connectivity
  • Platform stability
  • Weather conditions

If livestream fails, the devotee will still receive:
✔ Photos
✔ Videos

Live telecast is a complimentary feature, not a guaranteed service.

12. Conduct & Etiquette

Devotees are expected to maintain respect toward:

  • Deities
  • Acharya & Pandits

Any abuse, harassment, or misconduct will result in service termination.
