This policy explains how prasad, puja items (if applicable), and documents related to your booking are packed, shipped, and delivered after performing the ritual at Shree Navgrah Mandir, under the guidance of Acharya Lokesh Jagirdar.
1. Prasad Dispatch (If Applicable)
Prasad is offered to devotees as a complimentary divine blessing after completing the ritual. But shipping ans packing charges will be applicable.
Prasad dispatch is available in selected services only. If prasad dispatch is not included in a service, it may be mentioned.
Prasad may includes (as per requirement):
✔ Puja bhojan or dry prasad
✔ Energised items (if part of the ritual)
✔ Kumkum, Akshat, Flower, Vibhuti (service-specific)
Important:
Prasad is sacred and not a commercial product.
2. Shipping Locations (India & International)

Some countries do not allow religious items such as rice, flowers, ash, or food-related prasad.
In such cases, only allowed items may be sent.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Once puja/yagya is completed and prasad is ready:
📦 Within India: 5–12 working days
📦 International: 10–28 working days (depending on customs & region)
Delays may occur due to:
- Festivals/holidays
- Country-specific customs clearance
- Weather interruptions
- Unexpected courier delays
4. Packaging
All items are packed carefully to maintain purity and safety:
✔ Airtight sealed packets
✔ Waterproof outer layers
5. Tracking Information
After dispatch:
✔ Tracking ID is shared via email or WhatsApp
✔ You can follow parcel progress directly through courier website
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active depending on courier processing.
6. Shipping Charges

- Weight of prasad packet
- Courier service used
- Type of ritual performed
Prasad shipping charge will be applicable and to be informed after booking.
7. No Guarantee for Delivery Delays / Damage
NavgrahMandir.org is not responsible for:
❌ Delayed delivery
❌ Lost parcels
❌ Misrouted parcels
❌ Stolen packages
❌ Customs rejection
❌ Damaged items during transit
We rely entirely on third-party courier services.
Once dispatched, the responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.
No replacement or refund is provided for parcel delays or courier-related issues.
8. Non-Delivery Due to Customs Restrictions
Some countries restrict:
- Food items
- Powder (vibhuti)
- Dried flowers
- Organic matter
- Sacred ash
If customs reject the parcel:

We will inform you if your country has known restrictions.
9. Optional Astrology Consultation (If Selected)
Devotees may choose optional astrology consultation by:

Consultation may include:
- Puja recommendations
- Horoscope review
- Remedies & guidance
- Muhurat selection
This is an additional paid service, separate from the ritual booking.
10. Individual Rituals & Group Ritual Clarification
By default:
✔ Every puja and yagya is performed individually for the devotee
✔ Names, Gotra, Sankalp are recited specifically for the booking devotee
Only rare or special occasions may involve group rituals.
In such cases:
✔ It will be clearly written in title or description
✔ OR NavgrahMandir.org team will verbally confirm it
If not mentioned, devotees may assume the ritual will be performed individually.
11. Live Telecast Policy Related to Prasad Dispatch
Although most rituals have live streaming:
- Technical issues
- Signal drop
- Internet problems
- Device failure
- Electricity outage
may result in temporary or complete live-stream interruption.
Live telecast failure does not affect the puja quality or prasad eligibility.
No refund is issued for live-stream interruptions.
12. Cancellation & Refund
Since prasad is sacred and rituals involve preparation, materials, and priest time:
❌ No cancellation after booking
❌ No refund for completed or ongoing rituals
❌ No refund for courier delays or customs issues
Once puja is scheduled, arrangements begin immediately.
13. Devotee Responsibility
Devotees must ensure:
✔ Correct name, gotra, and address
✔ Correct contact number
✔ Accurate country & postal code
Wrong details may delay or prevent delivery.
Temple is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the devotee.
14. Acceptance of Policy
By booking any puja/yagya or requesting prasad:
✔ You agree to all terms in this Shipping & Prasad Policy
✔ You understand that prasad is a divine blessing, not a commercial item
✔ You acknowledge possible delays beyond our control
